Paporer Dalna Ingredients
 Papad
 Potato
 Cumin
 Coriander
 Turmeric
 Green chillies
 Bay leaves
 Cardomom
 Cinemon
 Clove
 Salt, Sugar, Oil
Paporer Dalna Kivabe Banaben

Break the papad, and Fry them in hot oil. Keep them separate.

Cut potatoes in cubes and fry them. Keep them aside.

Add cumin & bay leaves. Add cumin coriander and green chillies paste. Add turmeric.
Cook for 1 minute.

Add the fried potatoes. Add hot water. and then add green chillies, salt & sugar. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.

Switch off the flame. Add fried papad.

Add garam masala paste.

Serve with ruti.
