The first thing we should do is make the prawn patty.
Shallow-fry some chopped onions along with chopped ginger and garlic. Add a bit of tomato and mix them well before adding the prawns. Do not add any water. We must keep the masala as dry as possible. Mix the masala with turmeric powder, chili powder, black pepper powder. In the end, add some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Now that the prawns stuffing is ready, we need to get the potato stuffing ready for the patty.
Smash a couple of boiled potatoes and add salt, pepper powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes. Make sure there are no lumps in the mix. Add a bit of bread-crumbs for binding.
From the potato stuffing, make some round-shaped bases, and add the prawn stuffing onto them. Now dip these patties into beaten eggs, and coat them with bread crumbs. Fry them till they are golden brown. Prawn patties are ready now.
It’s time for the final part.
Take a bun, and cut it across the middle. Spread butter on the inside, and add the prawn patty in between. Put a double-fried egg over the patty. Now add slices of cheese, tomato, onions, and a bit of lettuce. On the top, put tomato sauce, mayonnaise, mustard sauce. Voila, the prawn burger is ready!
