Ingredients for Paneer Wrap
 300 g Paneer (cottage cheese)
 1 Onion (big)
 1 Capcicum (medium)
 1 Tomato (big)
 1 Cucumber (medium)
 3 cups Hung curd (1 bowl)
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp Red chilli powder
 1 tsp Tandoori masala
 1 tsp Salt
 Oil
 2 tsp Green chutney
 Cheese
 Butter
 2 cups Wheat flour
How to make Grilled Paneer Wrap: The process
1

Knead the wheat flour for roti and keep aside.

Cut the paneer. Sprinkle all spices, like salt, pepper, red chilli powder, and tandoori masala.

Add the green paste. Add the hung curd. Mix all of them properly.

Cut onions, capcicums and tomatoes in cube shape. Take the wooden skewers. Arrange paneer with the vegetables.

Take the grill pan. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, and Grill both sides. Keep aside.

Make normal roti in tawa. Cut one side. Add one skewer of grilled paneer and vegetables. Add cucumber, green chutney, and onions.

Grate cheese on top of the veggies & paneer. Fold the roti in triangular shape. Brush some butter. Grill both sides for 2 minutes.
