Saute chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and capsicum together for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tsp each of salt, cumin, and red chili powder. Add 2 TSP of tomato sauce.
Add the grated, boiled potato in it, and mix properly. Put the mix in a big bowl.
Grate the boiled egg on top of the mixture and again mix it.
Grate a large quantity of mozzarella cheese, and keep it aside.
Make small balls from the mixture. Flatten the ball on your palm and put some grated cheese in it.
Fold the edges to give it a rectangular shape to make a cutlet.
